NPC Relationship scores

Anyone who wants can have a +1 to their score with Shalelu for killing over 10 goblins.
The party can also take a +1 to Ameiko for giving the Letter to her (if you want).
Jo gets a -1 to shalelu and a - 2 to Sandru.

I just reread this. Do you mean +2 for Sandru? Relationship Scores use either Diplomacy or Intimidate, each for the associated relationship, either friendly or competitive. In both cases, the score increases.
